Virginia Steelman is the Regional Vice President – Mid Atlantic region for Refresh Mental Health.  She is a Registered Nurse, previously specializing in providing care to medically complex pediatric clients.  Virginia discovered her love for operations early in her career and now has over 20 years of multi-site, multi-state healthcare experience. Working in a leadership role for a national home care company, she gained expert knowledge in talent development, change management, organic/de novo/M&A and strategic growth, as well as driving and executing results.  Virginia is experienced in legislative advocacy, initiative work, facilitation, and public speaking.

Virginia is passionate about leading teams to serve more and more clients, while also realizing their own personal and professional goals. She gets energized by collaborating and inspiring others around a shared vision while focusing on attaining goals.

Virginia currently lives North Carolina with her husband and 3 children.  In her spare time, she enjoys lake activities, fitness and reading.  Virginia also volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for foster children in her community.
