Javier E Malave, MHSA FACHE is the Vice President of Operations- South at Refresh Mental Health. Javier was previously the executive director of CMPS, a multidisciplinary practice in Mental health services with 27 locations in three states. Javier has a master’s degree in Health services administration, and he is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Javier completed a two-year administrative fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He has been an administrator in the healthcare field for 24 years with different roles in Hospitals and Healthcare systems.
Javier lives in Florida with his wife and daughter.
